Current privacy posture
The landing page is designed for the invite-only phase and is not intended to rely on advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or behavioural profiling. If those technologies are introduced, the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice should be updated before they run.
ChatPVT is built around end-to-end encryption. The final notice should clearly distinguish encrypted message content from operational metadata needed for account access, abuse prevention, reliability, and support.
Information covered by the final notice
The final notice should describe personal data processed for invites, accounts, authentication, security logs, support requests, Matrix identifiers, room membership and metadata, and encrypted message data where applicable.
Privacy information to complete
- Controller identity, contact details, and data protection contact.
- Purposes of processing and lawful bases.
- Categories of personal data and retention periods.
- Hosting locations, subprocessors, and international transfer details.
- User rights, complaint routes, and how to contact the supervisory authority.
- Cookie, analytics, and similar technology information if any are used.
Current status
This notice should be reviewed and expanded before accepting broad public sign-ups, charging customers, adding analytics or marketing tools, or changing how account and message metadata are processed.

ChatPVT™ is a trademark of Ahania. Ahania reserves all rights in the ChatPVT name, mark, and brand presentation. Unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation is not permitted.
Use ChatPVT™ for trademark and legal references. Do not use the registered trademark symbol with ChatPVT. Ahania will update brand guidance after any registration status changes.
